The NaviTrust Group is pleased to announce that Mike Field, Executive Vice President, CSAM, has been assigned to lead the California Banking Practice group. He has expanded his banking expertise into the California region as he continues his successes in the Colorado market.
This December, Mike begins his 15th year at the The NaviTrust Group where he has attained his CSAM certification – one of the few to do so on their first attempt. This status is a professional designation that certifies Mike as one of the best in the search and recruiting industry, committed to excellence and continuous professional development. During this tenure Mike has successfully placed over 200 individuals in many different areas of the banking industry including, but not limited to: Commercial Lenders and Relationship Managers, Commercial Underwriters, Operations, Treasury Management Sales and Product Officers and Private Bankers.
